Bondes in Lisbon 1

Lisbon's trams (bondes, electrics) are not only one of the most useful means of transport for getting around the city, but also one of Lisbon's most important tourist attractions. The network is made up of several routes and more than 5 dozen cable cars, called bondes. The vast majority are still traditional, small, nostalgic and very photogenic. Tram 28 stands out in this system. It is an icon of Lisbon: a wooden tram that takes us to another time, with a bell that keeps ringing to alert inattentive pedestrians who invade the streets where the tram runs. Thousands of tourists use it daily.
