The blue milk cap (Lactarius indigo) is one of the most steller and impressive mushrooms you can find during mushroom season in North America. It's color is remarkable and always exciting to find. It's also one of the most cherished edible mushrooms in some parts of Latin America where it's known as "Hongo Azul".
