21st Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Black-necked stilt finding something to eat.
This stilt , and about 15 others, were searching for food at the Horicon National Marsh in Wisconsin. He found something and the position he was in showed off his beautiful black and white feathers and his beautiful pink legs.
