A young girl sits on her father's motorcycle by the water in Havana
The Malecón is often referred to as Havana's living room. Spanning five miles along the coast, this esplanade is where many locals spend their free time; college students bring alcohol and speakers to drink and dance, fishermen gather in groups chatting and waiting for a catch, and parents take their kids to bond by the water. This young girl, a true Barbie fan, hangs on the Malecón with her motorcycle-loving father, already bearing a tough expression and gripping the handlebars like a future biker Barbie.
