Beauty Finds a Spot

A Blooming Flower in the Asphalt Jungle. I live in a very old building in NYC. Behind the building is an asphalt parking lot with a locked fence. Every year in the front of the building, our super plants a beautiful garden to the pleasure of the tenants. Apparently a seed from a previous year found its way around the block and took hold in a tiny entrance into the ground. They had recently replaced the fence thus the rocks (around the base of the fence poles). I found her amazing how nature can find her way no matter what people try to do.
