Two baby monkeys hug each other, as their mother watches on, in the Sacred Monkey Forest, Ubud, Bali. The Monkey Forest in Ubud is home to 1260 long tailed macaque monkeys. The Monkey Forest covers 25 acres, is covered in thick jungle, and has a deep ravine running through, opening into a rocky stream. There are three temples in the sanctuary, and many stone carvings. The Ubud monkey forest's mission is conservation, as well as promoting peace and harmony to the ten to fifteen thousand who visit the forest every month from all over the world.
