Anhinga in the Morning Light
One of my favorite places to visit is Wakodahatchee Wetlands in Delray Beach,Florida, especially during breeding season. This wetland area serves as a rookery for various egrets and herons and especially Wood Storks. This female Anhinga was just starting her day and perched herself on the handrail of the board walk as if posing for me.
