All Green All The Time: Juvenile Graham's Anole
Part of my job is conducting mark-recapture studies on Caribbean lizards. We do this by spraying a non-toxic finger paint onto lizards and then counting how many we see over the next few days that are already painted, vs how many aren't. As a result, we can then figure out just how many lizards exist in an area. This little fellow was part of one of my surveys in Jamaica and the paint colour of the day was green, thus adding further to his brilliant green and the green of the leaves.
