This photo, taken at a dilapidated bronze foundry in Philadelphia, was inspired by a photo from Robert Frank's classic photo book, The Americans. The cobwebs on the hanging flag made me think of how industry is gone from many old neighborhoods in America, though in this case - the building is being renovated and will be a working foundry once more.
