African Leopard Stare Down
Getting eye level with an animal is always challenging especially when you are in a safari vehicle, and sometimes you have to push the boundaries to get the ideal composition. This shot required me to have most of my body hanging out of the vehicle within close proximity of the leopard to have my camera at ground level. I was fortunate to have an experienced guide along with luck from the animal walking directly at me before veering off several feet from the camera. This image was captured during my time at Kicheche (Bush Camp) in Olare Motorogi Conservancy in Kenya.
