Belongs to "Cuban renaissance" series. These are portraits of people in Cuba – a country that is going through a kind of personal renaissance – rebirth, so photographs looks like Renaissance paintings. These portrats are very intimate - each is a spot inside a private life of a person, so in some works the round composition emphasized this intimacy the best way and conveyed the emotions I observed.
