This huge slug (Drusia deshayesii) is preparing to go into hibernation after mating and feeding enough to survive as long as possible, especially with uneven rains and intermittent dry periods that affect the behaviour and lifestyle of these sensitive molluscs, as they do not have enough time to carry out their natural activity.
