An Orthodox Jewish Rabbi reads a prayer over the names of some of the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks during the 22nd anniversary remembrance event at the 9/11 Memorial in Manhattan. This Rabbi knew some of the victims, as many New Yorkers do.
