A soldier of the civil forces of Ukraine shows images of the beginning of the war, when he and his friends were not officially integrated into the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but still stood up to defend their city. Irpin and Butcha, suburbs of Kyiv, became the center stage to some of the most atrocious war crimes against humanity, when the Russian aggressors tried to seize the countries capital in the beginning of the war.
