I started to wake up at 3:33am every night, which at first does not have any meaning until it starts to happen regularly and then your brain starts to register a pattern emerging and give meaning to it. When I started to research this I came across apophenia, the human tendency to perceive meaningful patterns in random information. Apophenia comes from our brains evolution of cognition, its ability to spot and recognize patterns in order to aid our survival.
